Ange Liu is currently a Strategy, Program & Innovation Officer at IDB Invest since September 2016. Prior to that role, Ange worked as a Development Effectiveness Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank from September 2011 to September 2016. Ange also has experience as a Data Visualization & Geolocation Consultant and Consumer Protection Consultant at other organizations. With a background in Spanish linguistics and international trade and investment policy, Ange's work primarily focuses on monitoring and evaluating projects, showcasing results, and enhancing consumer protection initiatives in the Latin American region.
