Coley Dietrich has work experience in various roles spanning from 2017 to 2022. Coley worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Laurel South from May 2017 to August 2018. From November 2017 to December 2019, they served as a Weekend Manager at The Sweet Granada. In September 2020, they joined Southeast KANSASWORKS, Inc. as a Youth Outreach Coordinator and held the position until May 2022. Currently, Coley is working as an Online Content and Community Coordinator at Ida Sports, starting in May 2022.

Coley Dietrich obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Emporia State University, from 2016 to 2019.
