Evan Hendricks serves as the President, Editor, and Publisher of Privacy Times, Inc., a position held since January 1981. In addition to this role, Evan has been a Consultant for ID Watchdog since 2005. Renowned as an expert witness on the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), credit reporting, identity theft, credit scoring, and privacy of personal information, Evan also authored "Credit Scores And Credit Reports: How The System Really Works, What You Can Do" from 2004 to 2009. Educationally, Evan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Columbia University, completed between 1975 and 1977.
