Akshita Peter has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Consultant (out of hours) at ID Medical since August 2022, Akshita previously worked as a Customer Service Advisor at EXL from November 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, Akshita was a Transportation Specialist at Amazon Robotics from May 2017 to December 2018, where responsibilities included monitoring the transportation network and managing bids for carriers. Also at Amazon during the same period, Akshita held the position of Remote Count Associate. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Support Representative at Unisys India from August 2015 to April 2017, where the focus was on resolving technical issues for Capital One Bank employees in the US and Canada. Akshita holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from St. Aloysius Institute of Technology, completed in 2015.
