Tejaswi Sharma is a dedicated researcher and PhD student at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University since July 2022. Prior to this role, Tejaswi served as a CSR-Assistant Program Coordinator at The Institute for Career Studies from May 2023 to April 2024. Previous experience includes working as a Counselor for CHILDLINE India Foundation in February 2021, and as an Official Campus Ambassador Intern with International MUN in mid-2020. Tejaswi also held the position of Office Coordinator at Rani Laxmi Bai College from March 2018 to April 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Lucknow and a Bachelor of Commerce from Isabella Thoburn P.G. College.
