Chief engineer (ENTPE 1988, Master of science in transportation, Massachusetts Institute of Technology 1990), was previously director of the Eastern territorial division of CEREMA, in 2014, director of the Eastern CETE, in 2011 and deputy general manager of transport and development of the Calvados General Council in 2000. He was head of the new works subdivision at the Departmental Equipment Directorate (DDE) of Calvados in 1996 and head of motorway studies at the CETE Normandie-Centre in 1990.
