Gregory Dykes is an experienced construction operations manager currently employed at ICR, Inc. since November 2020. Prior to this role, Dykes worked at Shell from September 2014 to October 2020, serving as a well engineer in various capacities, including front-end design engineering for new country entries and wellsite operations engineering. Dykes contributed to significant projects, including the development of machine learning software for oil and gas well design and facilitating the delivery of drilling rigs as part of a major contract. Earlier experience includes roles at Marathon Oil Corporation in facilities, production, reservoir, and process engineering, as well as internships at BP and during undergraduate studies. Dykes holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
