Kathy Aronson is an accomplished leader in digital commerce and eCommerce, currently serving as the Global Head of Digital Commerce Solutions at ICP, where the focus is on enhancing digital commerce for major global brands such as L'Oréal and Coca-Cola. Concurrently, Kathy operates as an eCommerce Sales Consultant and Digital Transformation Advisor at Digital Luminary, providing consultative services to optimize the digital presence of notable brands. Prior to these roles, Kathy held the position of Senior Vice President of eCommerce at ThreeSixty Group Ltd., achieving significant sales growth, and served as Vice President of eCommerce at Dorel Home, generating over $500 million in incremental sales over seven years. Kathy holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and has completed the Inner MBA Certification at New York University.
