Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in both entrepreneurship and compliance roles. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching university-level courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
