María José Caso González has a diverse work experience in the field of product ownership and management. Their most recent role was as a Product Owner at ICONSTRUYE, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Owner Senior at Walmart Chile from February 2021 to October 2022. María José also served as a Product Owner Marketplace Corporativo at Falabella Retail S.A from February 2020 to February 2021 and as a Product Owner de Canales Digitales Retail Financiero at Empresas La Polar S.A. from April 2019 to February 2020.

Before transitioning into product ownership, María José worked at Digevo as a Product Owner where they were responsible for managing and leading Vivezana, a digital health product. María José also played a key role in creating and improving the product's value proposition and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Additionally, they were involved in defining the competitive strategy, vision, and roadmap of the product. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Protteina SpA.

María José began their career as an Ayudante de profesor (Teaching Assistant) at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in March 2014 and continued in that role until December 2017.

María José Caso González graduated from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez with a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering in 2017. During their time at the university, they focused on the administration and management of businesses in general. María José then pursued further education at the same institution and earned a Master's degree in Strategic Management with a specialization in Commercial Management from 2017 to 2018. In August 2019, María José obtained a certification as a Scrum Product Owner from the International Scrum Institute™.
