Rikky Pethers is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition for EMEA at ICON Strategic Solutions since September 2020, Rikky provides specialized services in clinical research. Previous roles include Team Lead and Senior Recruiter for Global Talent Acquisition at PRA Health Sciences, as well as Executive Recruiter during a tenure with the company starting in November 2011. Early career experiences include positions at Origin Multilingual, Calder UK Ltd, Xcede Recruitment Solutions, and Hearst Magazines. Rikky holds a degree in Psychology & Counseling from the University of Roehampton.
