Quintin van Wyk has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries, currently serving as VP of Safety, Regulatory, and Writing Services at ICON plc since July 2003. In various roles, Quintin has managed substantial teams across multiple European countries and India, overseeing Medical Affairs and Drug Safety with a focus on business development and profit and loss responsibilities. Beginning as a Clinical Research Physician, Quintin progressed to Senior Medical Director and then to Vice President, demonstrating a strong capability in expanding medical groups and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Quintin holds an M.B.,Ch.B. degree from Stellenbosch University, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
