Michelle Pabst currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at ICONIQ Capital, a global investment firm with over $80 billion in assets under management, since June 2020. Previously, Michelle held multiple roles in the Human Resources department at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from June 2013 to June 2020, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Assistant Director of Human Resources, among other positions. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University in 2013.
