Mark Byrne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement, plant management, and technical leadership within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager for the Labels Division at Iconex since January 2021, Mark previously held the position of Plant Manager at Coroplast Fritz Müller GmbH & Co. KG from February 2018 to December 2020. Prior to that, Mark worked at Shurtape Technologies, LLC in various roles, including Production Manager and Technical Manager, where notable achievements included redesigning a top-selling duct tape leading to significant cost savings. Mark's earlier experience spans several technical and managerial positions at Intertape, MacDermid Chemicals, BASF, and Cadillac Products. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy, obtained in 1987. Additionally, Mark served as a City Councilman for the City of Port Huron from 2007 to 2009.
