Jiahun Hsu is an experienced Quality Assurance Lead currently engaged at iconectiv and CSF Corp since May 2019, with a prior role as Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Ericsson from July 2014 to December 2018, where responsibilities included leading QA testing for the Revenue Management system using Agile Scrum Methodology and training engineers. Jiahun also served as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Telcordia Technologies from April 2002 to July 2014, focusing on network operation projects and employing Waterfall Methodology for test design and execution. Jiahun holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Media and Library Science from Tam Kang University in Taiwan.
