Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Org¨¢nicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has been working as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barber¨ªa El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and a position as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana has also contributed to education as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de M¨¦xico (2011-2015).
