Esther van Stevendaal serves as HR Manager at ICL INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS starting January 2023. Previously, Esther has held significant roles such as Personeelsadviseur at Waterschap Scheldestromen on an interim basis until December 2022 and Hoofd personeel en organisatie and Personeelsadviseur at Dethon from October 2005 to June 2022, acting as the primary contact for 300 employees and managing various personnel and organizational tasks. Esther also worked as a Stafmedewerker personnel en organisatie and Managementassistent at Royal Cosun from October 1998 to October 2005. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Management, Culture, and Change from NCOI Opleidingen, a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel and Labor from Hogeschool Brabant, and a propedeuse in Greek and Latin Languages and Cultures from Leiden University, complemented by a Gymnasium diploma from R.K.
