Robert Eriksen, M.S., currently serves as a Recruitment Strategy Analyst at iCIMS since January 2024. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions at TurnkeyZRG, including Recruiting & Operations Associate - College Athletics, where responsibilities included overseeing the candidate database, developing candidate target lists, and assisting in the creation of position descriptions and business development materials. Robert's earlier experiences include sales representation at Nabisco, as well as marketing internships with The Community College of Baltimore County, Towson Athletics, and Volo City Kids Foundation. Robert holds a Master's degree in Sport Business from Temple University and a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Towson University.
