Mitch Sprinkle has extensive experience in operations management and technical services, currently serving as the Operations Manager at Innovative Circuits, Inc. since June 2005. In this role, responsibilities include purchasing, process engineering, facility maintenance, water treatment, and overseeing the chemical lab. Prior to this, Mitch worked as a Technical Service Engineer at Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials from June 1995 to February 2005. Mitch holds a degree from Auburn University.
