Shikha Agarwal has over 15 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as Chief Manager at ICICI Bank since August 2019, where responsibilities include leading product initiatives in the Merchant Eco-system, Payment Solutions, E-Commerce, and Acquiring Solutions. Prior experience includes a role in Cash Management Product at YES BANK from January 2017 to August 2019, as well as positions in Cash Management Operations and Product at Kotak Mahindra Bank from January 2011 to December 2016. Shikha began career at Kotak Securities as a Manager, overseeing the franchisee network from January 2008 to December 2010. Shikha holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management Services from ITM Group of Institutions, completed in 2008.
