Rakhee Sengupta currently serves as Principal Officer (MLRO) and Head of Process Re-engineering and Centre of Excellence in the Transaction Monitoring division at ICICI Bank. With extensive experience in regulatory technology and analytics, Rakhee has also held leadership positions focusing on service improvement and innovation. Prior roles include General Manager of Quality and Business Transformation at 3 Global Services, Vice President of Business Process Excellence and Transformation at WNS, and Operations and Certified Black Belt at GE Capital. Additionally, Rakhee began a career in customer service and debt management at HSBC.
