Parag Bhosale is an accomplished technology leader with over two decades of experience in the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of Automation and Platforms at ICICI Bank since October 2010. Bhosale has played a pivotal role in various digital initiatives, managing critical projects involving service management and automation, as well as leading teams focused on customer acquisition and corporate payment technologies. Prior to ICICI Bank, Bhosale held project management roles at Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance and IGATE, overseeing implementations of financial software solutions. Bhosale began a career in programming with Eastern Software Systems and Mastek Ltd, building a strong foundation in Oracle PL/SQL and business analysis. Bhosale earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute.
