Nilanjan Sinha is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the General Counsel at ICICI Bank, Nilanjan has previously held positions such as Head of Corporate Advisory at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. and Head of Legal, Compliance and Public Affairs for the Indian Subcontinent at Marsh & McLennan Companies. Additional experience includes serving as General Counsel at GE Capital India and Yes Bank. Academically, Nilanjan holds an LLM in Law from the University of Bristol and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, specializing in Banking.
