Kaushal Aryan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Trader in Fixed Income at ICICI Bank since May 2019 and has held multiple roles including Senior Manager in the Economic Research Group, where responsibilities included constructing proprietary indices and developing econometric models for India's macroeconomic variables. Previously, Kaushal worked as an Assistant Relationship Manager in Structured Finance, focusing on project finance and loan refinancing in the real estate sector, and contributed as a core group member of the Secondary Loan Market Association. Additional experience includes a digital marketing internship at Bombay Shaving Company that resulted in 100% sales growth, a Gandhi Fellowship with Piramal Foundation focusing on rural education projects, and a design engineering internship at Tata Power Solar.
