Peter Holder is a seasoned professional in the insurance and risk advisory industry, currently serving as the National Operations Manager at ICIB Brokerweb Insurance and Risk Advisory since August 2024. Prior to this role, Peter was the Head of Specialty Operations at Ando Insurance from September 2023 to August 2024. Peter’s extensive experience includes serving as the Head of Operations at AIG from November 2020 to May 2023 and various managerial roles at Crombie Lockwood between April 2016 and September 2020, including Manager Customer Hub and Manager Contact Centre Strategy and Delivery. Peter's career began at IAG New Zealand, where from January 2006 to April 2016, Peter held multiple positions, including Sales Operations Manager for Lantern Insurance and Manager of both the Lantern Contact Centre and Corporate Partners Support, alongside roles as a Team Leader and Team Member.
