Janet (Larsen) Pershing is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in housing and community development. Currently serving as Vice President at ICF since September 1990, Janet leads a team focused on enhancing opportunities for disadvantaged communities. Previous roles include working as an Associate at Amy Jones and Associates, where support was provided for Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher research and policy development, and as Volunteer Coordinator at Sabathani Resource Center, facilitating volunteer placements for numerous non-profits. Janet's early career included valuable contributions as a Peace Corps Volunteer, educating local communities on environmental and health issues. Academically, Janet holds a PhD in Management from Walden University, alongside multiple degrees in Philosophy and Public Policy from Carleton College and the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
