Chris McCary is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in software development and cloud architecture. Currently serving as Technical Director and Cloud Architect at ICF since August 2009, McCary oversees engineering for HHS and NIH projects, focusing on application architecture in AWS and hybrid cloud environments. Previous roles include managing agile teams as Senior Technical Project Lead and leading development efforts on NIH contracts. With a background at Lockheed Martin, McCary has contributed to projects for the NIH and National Library of Medicine, and earlier experience includes website development and systems analysis with WANADA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation and Design Thinking from Emeritus.
