Gauri Deshpande serves as a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching, McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School Affiliate, and holds multiple positions within the coaching and consulting sectors. Gauri is a Strategic Partner for the Climate Coaching Alliance, focusing on community initiatives in South-East Asia, and an Assessor for the Professional Certificate in Executive Education at Henley Business School. Gauri is involved with the International Coaching Federation as a Committee Member for Global Diversity & Inclusion and an Assessor for PCC and ACC Credentialing. Previous roles include Head of Management Consulting at Allianz Services and Executive Coach at Allianz Technology, among others. Gauri’s educational background includes advanced coaching credentials and certifications from esteemed institutions, including an ICF-MCC from Merci Miglino School of Coaching and ongoing studies at the International Mediation Institute.
