Samuel Rowland is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in leading recruitment efforts across various technology and healthcare sectors. Since July 2017, Samuel has served as Head of Search and Founding Partner at ALPHADIGITAL LTD, while also holding positions as Lead Talent Partner at companies such as ŌURA, Valohai, and Upvest, where notable achievements include building engineering leadership teams and securing significant hires. Prior to these roles, Samuel contributed as a Talent Partner at Deloitte Digital and Mirantis, focusing on health innovation and open-source product development, respectively.
