Ilkka Malassu is a Senior Software Engineer at ICEYE since November 2021, where significant contributions include architecting deployments and infrastructure for REST API and Postgres services, as well as migrating cluster-based Postgres databases to AWS RDS. Previously, a Software Engineer at ICEYE, responsibilities included creating deployment and infrastructure manifests, with recognition for efficiency. Prior experience includes working as a 5G Integration Engineer and Data Analyst at Nokia, where a React + Node.js/Python DevOps dashboard application was developed, and as a Telecommunications Engineer Trainee at Fingrid Oyj, overseeing Oracle SQL and IBM Maximo DB reports. Ilkka holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Aalto University.
