Alex Korb, CFA, CPCU, ACI, currently serves as the Head of Parametric Insurance Practice at ICEYE since January 2023. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Insurance Brokerage Manager at Flexport from April 2022 to December 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a Director at IHS Markit from 2016 to 2018, a Manager at Verisk from 2008 to 2014 and AIG from 2006 to 2008, and a Controller at Goldman Sachs from 2003 to 2006. Early career roles included various positions at Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. (2000-2003), an Actuarial Assistant at Prudential Financial (1998-1999), and an Actuarial Intern at Chubb in 1997. Alex holds an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree from Binghamton University.
