Devapam Basak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and training development, currently serving as the Director of the ICI Academy at Icertis since August 2017. In this role, Devapam co-led the vendor selection for the LMS platform, designed learning paths, and implemented LMS and website strategies, alongside redesigning certifications. Prior to this, as Director of Customer Success, impressive achievements included building admin services from the ground up, achieving a Customer Satisfaction score of 95.6% and maintaining an annualized growth rate of 100%. Devapam's career spans various leadership roles at Infosys, Virtusa, Tech Mahindra, Amdocs, Convergys, and Ballarpur Industries, showcasing expertise from technology lead to project management. Devapam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Nagpur University.
