Francisco Castro Yebra is an experienced Underwriting Associate specializing in M&A and Foreign Qualified Lawyer within the UK Team at ICEN Risk since September 2021, where leadership in reviewing M&A deals across diverse sectors and geographies is demonstrated. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Francisco leads transactions in Spain and Portugal, enhancing client relations throughout Latin America. Additional roles include serving as the European Regional Forum Liaison Officer for the International Bar Association’s Poverty and Social Development Committee since May 2023, and previous experiences as an Associate Lawyer in Corporate and Commercial law at Cuatrecasas, and as a Student Ambassador at King's College London while completing an LLM in International Business Law.
