Sigurdur Oli Gestsson started working as a consultant for Rhino-Aviation in January 2013. In March 2022, they joined Icelandair as the Director of Supply Chain, a position they currently hold.

Sigurdur Oli Gestsson completed their engineering degree, C.sc, at Háskóli Íslands from 1992 to 1997.
