Carolina Jorge has extensive experience in marketing, currently serving in the marketing department at ICEL since February 2019. Prior experience includes a marketing role at Hotel A. S. Lisboa from August 2016 to June 2018, where Carolina also held an internship position. Carolina holds a Pós-Graduação degree in Ciências da Comunicação, Marketing e Publicidade from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa, completed in 2014, and a Licentiate degree in Relações Públicas e Publicidade from Instituto Superior de Novas Profissões, awarded in 2012.
