In their current role as Director at ICEAA, Kellie is responsible for overseeing the data analytics team and providing input into team performance evaluations. Kellie also designs and manages databases to keep track of invoices and labor on large programs, automating previously tedious and time-consuming tasks.
Kellie is an expert in Excel and Access, and is an advanced user of SQL and VBA. Kellie regularly prepares and submits procurement requisitions, requisitions for modification, requisitions for inter-agency agreements, and program authorization funds transfer requests.
Kellie has a proven track record in helping programs run smoothly and efficiently. Kellie has saved the program the cost of one FTE over the life of the program by designing and managing a database to keep track of invoices and labor on a large FAA program, Data Comm. This system automated previously tedious and time-consuming tasks and contains information regarding the program’s contracts, purchase requests, funding requests, invoices and control account plans, allowing for quick manipulation of data compiled from separate sources.
