Vicki Schroeder has a robust career in professional development, currently serving as the Manager of Professional Development at Ice Miller LLP since August 1995. In addition to this role, Vicki briefly operated a side business as the Owner of Vic's Mixes from January 2017 to January 2018, inspired by a passion for creating snack gifts. Vicki holds a Human Resources Certification from IUPUI (2012-2013) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Jefferson Community College in Kentucky, complemented by education from Ivy Tech Community College and Benton Central High School.
