Agnieszka Klimczak has had multiple roles and work experiences throughout their career. Agnieszka started working at City Bank as a Specialist in general banking services in 2008 and continued in this position until 2010. Agnieszka then joined Lekkerland Polska S.A. as a Product Specialist and remained in this role until 2013. Agnieszka then transitioned to PZU as a Software Tester in the Data Warehouse team from 2013 to 2014. After that, they worked at Code Arts where they took on the role of Owner and developed an application for registering companies using various technologies. Finally, Agnieszka joined ICE InsureTech as a Java Developer in 2018 and later became a GWT UI/UX Developer in October 2019.

Agnieszka Klimczak obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Społeczna Wyższa Szkoła Przedsiębiorczości i Zarządzania w Łodzi from 2007 to 2010. Agnieszka then pursued further education and earned an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki Stosowanej i Zarządzania WIT w Warszawie, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014. In July 2019, they obtained the Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer certification from Oracle.
