Tamer Hassib, M.Ed., Chartered FCIPD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as Unit Manager for People Development at the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector since September 2017, Tamer oversees talent management initiatives, learning interventions, and staff career progression. Previous roles include Talent Management Manager and General Manager HR Business Partner at Abdul Latif Jameel, where Tamer managed HR for 4,000 employees, as well as positions focused on succession planning and training at Etisalat Misr and Xceed. Tamer holds a Master of Education in Psychology from Cambridge College and several postgraduate qualifications in Psychiatry, Addiction Prevention, and Epidemiology of Depressive Disorders from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Medical School and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
