Hannah Britsch serves as the Director of People Operations at The ICC Group since October 2019, where responsibilities include leading strategic planning, overseeing human resources functions, and managing office administration. Hannah also holds the position of Corporate Secretary at both The ICC Group and ICC Northwest, ensuring compliance with corporate filings and maintaining shareholder relations. Previous roles include Executive Assistant to the CEO, where tasks involved facilitating executive functions and coordinating company initiatives, as well as serving as Assistant to the VP at ICC, Inc., and Operations Manager at Corcoran Consulting and Coaching, where Hannah managed operations, team dynamics, and project coordination. Throughout Hannah's career, a focus has been on improving processes, supporting leadership, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
