Jeff is currently working as a Web Development Manager at ICBD Holdings, where they provide marketing, IT, HR, and accounting solutions. Previously, they founded and served as the President of Power Play Marketing, a digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, web design, and reputation marketing. Jeff also worked as the Senior Director of Internet Marketing at FineAwards.com, where they designed and produced custom awards and trophies. Jeff also served as a Web Architect at Lens Express Inc., where they managed search engine marketing campaigns and increased website visits significantly. Prior to that, they worked as a Web Developer at The Automark Group, L.L.C., and as the Director of Marketing at Florida Panthers Ice Ventures Inc. In these roles, they were responsible for various marketing tasks, including designing marketing materials and maintaining corporate websites.
Jeff Klein obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Goucher College, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Jeff further pursued their education at the University of Miami, earning a Master of Science in Education degree in Sports Administration from 1995 to 1996. Additionally, Jeff has obtained several certifications in various fields. Jeff acquired certifications such as Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Conversion Funnel, SEO Specialist, and Advanced Social Advertising from ClickMinded between August and September 2018. Additionally, they are accredited as a Bing Ads Professional by Microsoft in August 2018 and holds certifications in Google Ads Search and Google Analytics, obtained in July 2018.
