Pedro Rodrigues has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Pedro started their career as a Safety Manager at Hidroprojecto - Engenharia e Gestão S.A. in 2007 and then moved on to become a Senior Civil Engineer at Gesbau - Engenharia e Gestão S.A. in 2008. In 2010, they transitioned to become a Training Specialist at IEFP - Centro de Formação Profissional de Sintra, and then continued in a similar role at CEPRA - Centro de Formação Profissional da Reparação Automóvel from 2011 to 2012.

After that, Pedro worked as a Training Specialist at Grupo Centralmed from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they took on the roles of Assistant Invited Professor and PhD Researcher at NOVA IMS Information Management School until 2018.

Pedro then shifted their career towards the business analysis field. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Business Analyst at CGI, analyzing and producing RPA solutions in a banking environment using Agile methodologies. Following this, they joined Noesis in 2021 as a Business Analyst, performing similar tasks in an international banking environment.

In 2022, Pedro joined Devoteam as a Business Analyst, where they assisted a retail company during a digital transition process by acting as a bridge between key users/managers and developers, identifying department needs and requirements, and analyzing and improving business processes.

Pedro's most recent position is as an RPA Business Analyst at iCapital, starting in 2023. Further information regarding the duration and responsibilities of this role is not available.

Pedro Rodrigues has an extensive education history, beginning with their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Pedro then pursued a Master's degree in the same field from 2002 to 2005 at the same institution.

Afterward, Pedro completed a Postgraduate degree in Occupational Health and Safety Manager from the Instituto de Emprego e Formação Profissional in 2005-2006. Pedro also obtained a Trainer Certification (CAP) in 2005-2006 from the same institution, focusing on training adults.

In 2010-2012, Pedro earned a Master's degree in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting, and Related Protective Services from ISEC - Instituto Superior de Educação e Ciências.

Continuing their education, Pedro pursued a Master's degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography at NOVA IMS Information Management School. Pedro completed this degree from 2013 to 2015. Pedro further advanced their studies at NOVA IMS by pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Geographic Information Science and Cartography, which they completed from 2015 to 2020.

In 2019-2020, Pedro attended NOVA IMS Information Management School once again, this time for a Postgraduate degree in Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management.

Additionally, Pedro has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include RPA Business Analysis Fundamentals and RPA Business Analyst Foundation from UiPath in June 2023, Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in February 2023, Associate Developer certification from Blue Prism in December 2021, and SAS Programming 2: Data Manipulation Techniques and SAS Programming 1: Essentials from SAS in March 2020 and February 2020, respectively.
