Elena Martin is a Business Process Specialist at ICANN, responsible for cross-functional process design and development since February 2024. Previously, Elena served as a Recreation Activity Leader and Project Manager at Berkeley Day Camp and Shipware, respectively, focusing on operational efficiency and process optimization. Additional experience includes roles as a Client Service Specialist in the Audit & Claims Department at Shipware, and Guest Services Agent at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. Elena began the career journey as an Independent Contractor at Parkside Advisors and also held positions in sales and as a Playground Leader Trainee. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University.
