Jovita Mary has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Jovita began their career in 2011 as Manager Training and Quality at VITAE International Accounting Services Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of training programs, qualitative and quantitative assessment of staff development, handling end-to-end recruitment processes, induction and orientation of new employees, implementing performance appraisal and follow-ups, and planning, executing, and reviewing the work activities of the training and quality aspects of the organization. In 2014, they joined MARC Consulting as an Associate HCM Consultant - SAP. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as an IELTS Trainer and Senior Sales Consultant at ASIR Technologies, where they were responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts in India and the global regions. Currently, they are working as an HR Manager at Icanio Technologies Inc.

Jovita Mary completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended St. Ignatius Convent Higher Secondary School from 1991 to 1998, studying Accountacy and Commerce.
