Poncho Mendoza serves as the Director General at Infocus Consultores since June 2008, functioning as an agent of change. In addition to this role, Poncho holds multiple positions including Pro-tesorero at CODESIN, patronato de Bom at Bomberos de Culiacán, and socio at Partners Talent Dealers and Urban Energy. Contributions to advisory capacities are seen with Endeavor and Sinaloa Emprende. Poncho has significant involvement in Grupo Merlin as socio and Director of Administration and Finance, specializing in experiential marketing. A dedicated educator, Poncho teaches management processes at ICAMI and has previously served as a counselor with Accionarse. Educational qualifications include advanced courses from The Wharton School, Kellogg Executive Education, IPADE Business School, the Disney Institute, and Stanford University, complemented by a master's degree in Business Development and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa and Instituto tecnológico de Culiacan, respectively.
