Rachel Pereira is an experienced Event Management Specialist currently working with the Dubai Lynx International Festival of Creativity and the Athar Festival, both initiated in January 2024. Prior to these roles, Rachel served as Head of Events and Events Coordinator at ICAI UAE Dubai, contributing to the largest chapter of ICAI's overseas network. Rachel also has experience with Aurora50 as an Operations Executive and Events Operations & Logistics Intern, focusing on accelerating gender balance in executive positions within the Middle East. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce (Honors) from Amity University Dubai, completed in 2023, and a High School Diploma from Gulf Indian High School.
