Melanie Francescatto has extensive experience in educational and digital content management. Currently serving as Responsable pédagogique et examen at Icademie since June 2018, Melanie coordinates e-learning examinations and supports candidates' pedagogical needs while overseeing the implementation of training frameworks. Prior to this, Melanie held editorial leadership roles at easyVoyage and Voyage Privé, focusing on digital editorial strategies, content creation, and product merchandising. Melanie's career began with a role as an assistant product manager at PRO BTP Groupe. Academically, Melanie holds a Master 2 in Marketing and Strategy, as well as a Master 1 in Management des Organisations Privées et Publiques, among other qualifications.
