Mats Edberg, PMP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in logistics and IT consulting. Currently serving as a Logistics Project Manager at ICA Gruppen since May 2023 and as an IT Project Manager at Stockholm Exergi since June 2018, Mats has led various projects focusing on CRM Microsoft Dynamics, financial systems, Narrow band IoT, and LoRa technology. Additional roles include Senior Project Manager at Moment, where Mats consulted for companies like Managed Packaging by Billerud and Adlibris, and previously established a Transport Control Tower for Getinge during the critical production ramp-up of Covid-19 ventilators. Mats' career initiated with strategic and operational consulting at PDA Företagsutveckling AB, followed by roles at ValueOne AB and Toyota Material Handling Sweden. Mats holds an EMBA from Lund University School of Economics and Management and a Master of Science in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Linköping University.
