Nikki Talley has a diverse work experience in the field of client services and technology. Nikki started their career at FIRST WEST BROKERAGE SERVICES, INC. DBA FIRSTWEST BENEFIT SOLUTIONS as an I.T. Administrative Assistant, where they managed the database/server, scanned, archived, and sent enrollments to carriers. Nikki then became the Benefit Online Support System Manager, where they handled the support system for online benefits.
Nikki later joined iBTR as an Implementation Coordinator, responsible for coordinating the implementation process. Nikki was then promoted to Senior Implementation Coordinator, leading implementation projects. Nikki then took on the role of Team Lead, supervising a team in managing client accounts. After that, they became the Division Manager at bswift, overseeing the division's operations. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Client Services, Technology Division at iBTR.
Nikki Talley attended Brigham Young University from 2006 to 2008. From 2011 to 2012, they pursued an Associate in Science degree in University Studies at Utah Valley University. Nikki then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Software Engineering from Utah Valley University, completing their education in 2016.
