Concetta Burns-Ramsey holds an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology Management from Webster University. With extensive experience in project management and implementation, Concetta has served as Division Manager and Implementation Project Manager at iBTR since March 2015, while also holding the position of Implementation Division Manager at Benefit Technology Resources. Prior roles include Technical Recruiter at Providence Technology Solutions and Information Technology System Administrator at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Concetta began the professional career as Human Resources Manager for Charleston County Government. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management from Park University and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Fayetteville State University.
